Facility Rules & Policies
  • Equipment Provided: To ensure the highest quality simulator experience and protect our screens, we provide all tees and premium golf balls. The use of outside golf balls and tees is strictly prohibited. Just bring your clubs!
  • Zero Alcohol Policy: Iron and Ivy Golf Lounge is an alcohol-free facility. Absolutely no alcohol is permitted inside the building at any time.
  • Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.
  • Footwear: All footwear (including open toe footwear) is permitted, with the strict exception of golf shoes and cleats. To protect our artificial turf, golf shoes and cleats are not allowed in the facility.
  • Age Restrictions: We welcome golfers of all ages! There are no age restrictions to play in our facility.
  • Liability for Damages: Guests are fully responsible for their conduct. Any damage caused to the simulators, screens, facility property, or equipment due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow facility rules will be billed directly to the customer.
